Hotel Britannia Genoa

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with super clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious kitchen and terrace. The breakfast provided was also delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. the location was convenient, being close to both the railway station and the cruise terminal. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The room was surprisingly spacious with plenty of room for my family and our luggage. We were able to easily explore the city of Genoa without needing any transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the main train station we came from, making it very easy for us to access transportation. it is surrounded by many restaurants, offering us a variety of dining options. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant stay. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, ensuring we started our day off right. The staff was also helpful and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience.

One downside we experienced was the small size of the shower cabin, which made it slightly uncomfortable during our showers.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The surrounding area also had a good selection of cafes and bars for grabbing a quick bite or drink. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing efficient check-in and assistance whenever needed. The rooms were clean and everything in them worked properly.

The breakfast area was a bit crowded and congested, with everyone queuing up in one corner. It would be more convenient if they could move the toaster or coffee machine to another area to alleviate the congestion.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location near the main train station in Genoa, just 200 meters away, is incredibly convenient. The service provided by the staff is excellent, they are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, with nice views from the windows and perfectly adequate bathrooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread is delightful, especially the superb Italian coffee and the variety of options available to cater to all tastes.
